It’s all about the food at the State Fair of Texas
SUMMARY: The State Fair of Texas is finally opening, offering a variety of tasty treats. One of the new concession stands at the fair is San Daichi, which serves Japanese sandwiches. The founders of San Daichi started the venture during the pandemic, providing exciting cuisine for people during lockdown. They initially took orders online and now have a temporary restaurant in downtown Dallas, as well as traveling pop-ups across the United States. Menu items include mixed fruit sando, classic egg sando, strawberry cream sando, hot truffle chicken katsu, and fried mochi ice cream. This cuisine is new to many customers and being at the State Fair is an amazing opportunity for the founders and their partners.
There are so many tasty treats to try at the State Fair of Texas it can sometimes be hard to pick. Aside from this year's Big Tex Choice Awards winners and finalists, there are food vendors offering a variety of options. FOX 4's Dan Godwin got a preview of the Japanese-style sandwiches at the Sandoitchi booth. #BigTex #StateFairofTexas #Dallas

Was “big boy” press conference enough to save Biden?
SUMMARY: President Biden addressed his leadership capabilities during a news conference after the NATO Summit, where he had both positive moments and some stumbles, such as mistakenly referring to Vice President Kamala Harris as “Vice President Trump.” He seemed more comfortable discussing serious foreign policy issues and downplayed concerns about scaling back his schedule. While some Democrats were frustrated, feeling his performance bought him more time rather than solidifying his re-election bid, Biden is now focused on engaging in more direct campaigning. Meanwhile, the Republican National Convention looms, with uncertainties surrounding former President Trump's VP announcement adding to the suspense.
FOX News Sunday's Shannon Bream talks about Joe Biden's “big boy” press conference on Thursday and why some Democrats are frustrated that it didn't go worse.
