SUMMARY: Tragic incident on June 30th in Austin, Texas, resulted in the death of 42-year-old Maria Casillas. She was hit and killed by an Austin police patrol unit while changing a tire on the side of the road. Her friend, Amanda Flores, is seeking support for Casillas' daughters and feels they have not received the help they need.
