SUMMARY: Rats at New Orleans' police headquarters have been eating confiscated marijuana, leading to high rodents. Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick described the building's mold, cockroach infestations, and overall decay, with rats even leaving droppings on officers' desks. The department is planning to move to a new space due to the deteriorating conditions. City officials are considering a $7.6 million lease for a temporary relocation.
