Juneteenth is now Michigan’s newest state holiday

The incident was reported at 6:20 p.m. by Towboat U.S. and prompted an urgent marine broadcast. A Coast Guard Station Galveston Response Boat-Small was dispatched and found the family clinging to the capsized boat. The children were wearing life jackets, but the adults were not.
