College student from Pearland wins Disney UNCF Corporate Scholarship

79-year-old dies after single-vehicle crash

The accident occurred around 10 a.m. on the 1200 block of West Ben White Boulevard Service Road. Farcus was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. This marks Austin's 37th fatal crash in 2024, resulting in 38 fatalities.
