Liberty Hill man arrested on murder charge
SUMMARY: A man wanted in a September 21 homicide in Bell County, Texas has been arrested in Williamson County. Ryan Adam Madden, along with two other suspects, is accused of the murder of Cody Kinslow and another victim. Madden initially got away when officers tried to arrest him on September 28, but was later caught after running away into a wooded area. Two other suspects, Sandy Gayle Carrese and Howard Lee Bailey, are already in jail facing murder charges.
