METRO will be operating on a holiday schedule starting on Wednesday in observance of Thanksgiving

SUMMARY: METRO in Houston, Texas will operate on a Sunday schedule for Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24. This includes local buses, METRORail, and METRORapid. Park & Ride routes will not run on those days. METROLift reservations and customer service offices will be closed, with all subscription trips canceled. Modified hours for METRO-operated HOV/HOT Lanes will also be in effect. The METRO Customer Service call center will be closed on Thursday, but will resume on Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers can still schedule trips by calling ahead or using the online system.
