One inmate turns himself in, other inmate at large after escaping from North Texas jail

SUMMARY: Two inmates escaped from a North Texas jail, with one turning himself in in Oklahoma and the other still at large. Ramon Perez and Raymond Ross escaped from the Fannin County Jail. Perez was apprehended in Bryan County, Oklahoma while Ross was spotted near a high school in Bonham, northeast of Dallas. Perez was in custody for aggravated sexual assault of a child, while Ross was in custody for evading arrest with a motor vehicle and drug possession and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Law enforcement officials, including a Texas Department of Public Safety helicopter, were involved in the search for Ross.
