SUMMARY: A Tarrant County grand jury has indicted Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, the mother of a missing 6-year-old boy, on charges including capital murder. Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez was last seen alive in October 2022, but his family did not report him missing until March 2023. An Amber Alert was issued for him in March. Investigators now believe that the boy is dead. Rodriguez-Singh and her husband fled with six of Noel’s siblings to Turkey and then India in March as the search for the child intensified.
