The development is a focal point of regionalism, representing the collaboration of DART and DCTA. An expected outcome is a more seamless travel experience for customers. The goal of the transit agency would be to serve the booming North Texas population. Planners predict that roads alone won't be able to handle the projected increase in population, so transit-oriented development is being encouraged.
