SUMMARY: Family members of Patricia Portillo, 49, and Brian Gdy, 31, who were killed in a Chick-fil-A shooting, left fresh flowers and spoke publicly for the first time. The two victims' loved ones formed a prayer circle at a memorial on MacArthur Boulevard. Irving Police reported that Ed Bernardo Mendoza Arua, a 37-year-old Salvadoran, targeted the victims in a shooting. Portillo left behind a daughter and grandchildren, while Gdy, who moved from Guatemala, supported his wife and four children. The motive remains unclear, although Arua's wife, an employee at the Chick-fil-A, identified him as the gunman.

Loved ones of 49-year-old Patricia Portillo and 31-year-old Brayan Godoy held hands in prayer around the small memorial in front of the Chick-fil-A where they were shot and killed earlier this week.
