FOX 4 News Crime Files: Week of June 2
SUMMARY: Irving Police reported a fatal shooting at a Wing Stop, involving 22-year-old employee Mark Anthony Leon and his manager, 19-year-old Christopher Goa. Goa sent Leon home after an argument, and Leon returned to shoot him. Goa, remembered as a hard-working provider for his family, died from the attack.
In a separate case, three people were charged with the 2018 murder of Julia Wells, who was lured into a prostitution trap and killed.
Additionally, track and field legend Roy Martin had his prized possessions stolen from a storage unit.
Finally, the Dallas County Sheriff's Office arrested the wrong person in connection to a fatal hit-and-run involving Arlington officer Darren McMichael, but corrected the mistake without public notification.

Tracking the tropics: Latest on Tropical Storm Beryl
SUMMARY: Currently, we’re monitoring Tropical Storm Barrel in the Gulf. The latest update at 1:00 PM shows it remains a tropical system, but it’s projected to intensify into a Category 1 hurricane near the Texas coast, particularly around Corpus Christi and Victoria. A storm surge of 3 to 5 feet is expected along the coast, and a hurricane watch is in effect with potential winds of 75 to 120 mph. Heavy rainfall, flash floods, and thunderstorms are anticipated from Sunday into Monday with variable rain amounts across regions.
