Ice forms around water main break in Downtown Dallas
SUMMARY: There are some rough things happening in Fort Worth, but the major highways are looking good with no reports of major incidents. There are water main breaks in several areas, with a significant break north of Benbrook and closures on Southbound 75 Central Expressway. One big issue is a water main break on Woodall Rodgers Freeway, which has caused the street to become icy and the westbound lanes are closed. The cause of the water main break is unknown, but it is being addressed. Traffic is currently light, but it could cause issues later in the morning. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
Drivers heading into Downtown Dallas Tuesday morning may have to deal with some traffic troubles because of a water main break on an exit ramp off the Woodall Rodgers Freeway.
